How this website handles information in its initial release.
Project inquiry form
When you submit a project inquiry, your name, email address, optional organization, project type, and description are sent through Cloudflare to The File Room’s inquiry mailbox so we can respond. The website does not keep a separate database of inquiries. Messages remain in the inquiry mailbox while needed for correspondence and project discussions. Please do not submit passwords, confidential records, or sensitive personal information. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry by replying to our correspondence.
Website hosting
This website is hosted on Cloudflare. When served through Cloudflare, basic request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver and protect the website.
Cookies and analytics
This release does not add analytics, advertising trackers, or application cookies. Cloudflare processes request information to deliver the website and limit spam submissions. The inquiry form includes spam checks and rate limits. The website does not log the contents of inquiry messages.
